Beautiful Colorado Day

Today was a beautiful day in Colorado,  Very unseasonably warm but it is nice to have both kinds of weather.  We got out today and drove a short distance to Perry Park.  There is a beautiful property there that we would love to own, but it is a bit too far from what we want to be close to.

It was a great day to go explore.  We saw this rock outcropping that looked like we could just go over and walk up it, hahahahahaha, haha!  It was MUCH bigger and way more difficult to maneuver.  We were not prepared but tried to go up.  I did not get far.  The husband had the best shoes for climbing so he got farther up.  The son started to go up and the shoes started slipping and he skinned his hands as he fell.  NOT good. But overall it was a fun trip.
